Privacy Policy

Michikake (the “Service”) is operated by ZENOVA (the “data controller”). We take a data-minimising approach: the Service is designed so that your assessment answers stay on your device wherever possible.

1. What runs in your browser, and what reaches our servers

The free assessment (70 questions) is processed entirely in your browser; your answers are not transmitted to us, and your result is stored in your browser's local storage. What does reach our servers:

• An optional, anonymous statistics survey (gender, age band, marital status, children — every item can be answered “prefer not to say,” and the whole survey can be skipped). Stored without any identifier that could link it to you.
• If you sign in (email code or Google), we store your email address and a summary of your results (floor, tsukai, moon phase) so you can see your history. Social sign-in gives us your verified email only — no name, photo, friends, or posts.
• The paid add-on measurement (currently Japanese only; one purchase = one measurement): its 17 answers, together with your 70 free-assessment answers (used only to compute your current floor on the spot), are sent to our server. The answers themselves are not stored. For each paid measurement we store the computed result (arrow pattern, ideal tsukai, action scores) and derived values (floor, tsukai, moon phase, badges) under your account so you can view it again; you can delete these yourself. Purchase records are kept as required by law.
• Anonymous aggregate counters (e.g. how many assessments were completed).

2. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics with Consent Mode. For EU/EEA and UK visitors the default is “denied” until you opt in via the consent banner; rejecting does not limit core functionality.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies: consent (analytics cookies; the optional survey), contract (accounts and paid purchases), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Your rights and data deletion

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object, and request portability. Assessment results on your device can be erased at any time by clearing your browser's site data. 5. Contact and changes

Controller: ZENOVA (zenova-inc.com) ・ support@zenova-inc.com. We may update this policy as the Service evolves; the Japanese version prevails in case of any inconsistency.
