Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
“You Are Here” (the “Service”) is operated by ZENOVA (the “data controller”). We take a privacy-first, data-minimising approach.
1. What we collect
The diagnosis runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are processed on your device and the result is stored in your browser's local storage. We do not transmit or store your answers or results on our servers, and we do not collect personal data such as your name or email (there are no accounts).
2. Cookies and analytics (opt-in)
We do not currently use analytics or non-essential cookies. If we introduce them, EU/EEA and UK visitors will see a consent banner and nothing non-essential is set until you opt in (Google Consent Mode defaults to “denied”). You can accept or reject at any time; rejecting does not limit core functionality.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where processing applies, our lawful bases are your consent (for any future analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service. We do not sell personal data or use it for profiling or advertising.
4. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing, and to data portability. Because your results live only on your device, you can erase them yourself at any time by clearing your browser's site data. To exercise other rights, contact us below.
5. Contact and changes
Controller: ZENOVA (zenova-inc.com). We may update this policy as the Service evolves.
