These Terms govern your use of Michikake (the “Service”), operated by ZENOVA (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service is an informational tool for self-reflection, grounded in published psychology. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice and not a clinical diagnosis. It shows your current position (“floor”) — a state that changes over time — and never rates your worth as a person. It makes no deterministic predictions. If you need support for your health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.

2. Accounts and paid features

Signing in (email code or Google) is optional and free. A paid add-on measurement is offered (currently in Japanese only); its price, payment methods, and cancellation terms are stated on the Legal disclosure page (特定商取引法に基づく表記) and at checkout.

3. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

4. Intellectual property

The text, logic, the 21 tsukai (divine messenger) characters, and artwork of the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them commercially beyond personal use (sharing your own result via the built-in share features is permitted and welcome).

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's location, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
